Tap Post, choose Buy or Sell, pick a category, and add a title, price, description and up to 6 photos. Then tap Submit.

Why is my listing not visible yet?

Every new listing is checked by our team before it goes live, to keep fake listings away. After approval it appears for everyone. You can see its status in My Posts.

How do I contact a seller?

Open the listing and tap Call or WhatsApp. You need to be logged in to see the seller's phone number.

How can I edit or delete my listing?

Go to My Posts, open your listing and tap Edit or Delete. Please delete it once the item is sold.

How do I save a listing for later?

Tap Save on any listing. You can find it again any time under Saved Feeds in the menu.

Where do the market prices come from?

Market prices are the daily APMC mandi rates for Gujarat from the Government of India open data portal (data.gov.in). Prices are per quintal and can change during the day.

Will I get alerts for new listings near me?

Yes. When new listings are posted in your area, we send you a notification. Tap it to open the listing.

How do I change the language?

In the app, open the menu and choose English, हिन्दी or ગુજરાતી. On the website, use the language button at the top of the page.

What is a paid advertisement?

Businesses can promote their listings as Featured Posts, or show an advertisement inside the feed, for a fixed number of days. Open Paid Advertisement in the menu to see the plans and prices.

How do I stay safe while buying or selling?

Meet in a public place, check the item before you pay, and never share your OTP with anyone. Krushiva will never ask for your OTP or bank details.
